We Welcome Children of All Ages

Our children’s ministries are designed to help kids of all ages understand that God has a larger-than-life plan for them. From the bright colors on the walls to the incredible teachers, it’s created just for kids. While experiences may vary according to age, our children’s ministry teams are committed to showing your kids a great time with lots of love and encouragement. We believe that kids ought to have a space that fits them and they should be with people that are committed to their success, encouragement, and spiritual growth. That’s what you’ll find here at New Hope Church– whether it’s our safe and secure “(Heart Shaper) - Nursery” for our walkers and crawlers ages Birth – Kindergarten or our “(BIG) - Kids Church” where the crazy good times are always happening for your 1st Grade - 12 year olds, your kids will have a great time in our children’s ministries here at New Hope Church.

What If my child cries when I drop them off?

Our nursery team won’t mind. Just give your child a hug and tell them you will be back right after the service is over. Assure them that they will be safe and encourage them to have a good time. Kiss them good bye and then leave. Our team will help your child become involved in the excitement of their classroom. Most children don’t even want to leave when parents come to pick them up after the service. 

Don’t worry.

If your child does not settle down after a few minutes you may be paged if this is your desire. You are welcome to come into the class to settle your child. But, don’t give up! Keep bringing your child each week so that they can and will feel more comfortable. We recognize the importance of relationships and have a passion for young children and our God.  Each week your child will go home with a home connection tool called a “Heart Tug”.  This tool is provided to parents so that they can reinforce the Bible Story and application at home.
